Yes — during business hours we take emergency cases for our existing clients, and help non-clients where we have the capacity to. Either way, we ask that you call ahead at 716.936.8387 so our team can assess the situation and prepare before you bring in your pet.

Yes — Pathways Animal Hospital is currently accepting new patients and welcomes pets at every life stage. We prefer that you request an appointment before your visit to our practice.

Pathways is a woman-led, locally owned practice built on partnership, transparency, and integrity — we walk with you through every decision with clarity, honesty, and a plan. Not every test is necessary, not every treatment is urgent, and we'll never recommend more than your pet truly needs. Our team slows things down, explains what actually matters, and partners with you to make confident choices.

Yes — Pathways provides advanced canine reproductive care, including ovulation timing, artificial insemination (vaginal, surgical, and TCI), semen cryopreservation, OFA clearances, planned C-sections, and prenatal and postnatal support. We are a Certified Zoetis Freezing Center.

Pathways Animal Hospital is open five days a week, with evening hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
