A Treatment Care Plan, always
We provide a written Treatment Care Plan for every surgery and hospitalization, setting out what we are recommending and what it will cost. If you have not been given one, ask — at any point, for anything. You are entitled to know what something will cost before you agree to it, and we would rather have that conversation early than have you worrying about it in the waiting room.
If a plan turns out to be beyond what you can manage, tell us. There is often more than one reasonable way to treat a problem, and knowing your constraints lets us recommend the option that actually fits rather than the one we would choose in a vacuum. No judgment, ever.

CareCredit financing
When an unexpected illness or injury arrives, the unexpected expense arrives with it. We accept CareCredit, which lets you spread the cost over monthly instalments rather than paying it all at once.

Prescriptions and refills
Our online pharmacy handles prescription refills and home delivery, and prices are competitive with the large online retailers. Because it is linked to your pet's record here, prescriptions are verified without the back-and-forth that third-party sites often create.
