If something is wrong with your pet and you are in Buffalo, call us on 716.936.8387 before you set off. During business hours we take same-day emergencies for our existing clients, and we help other pet owners whenever we have the capacity to.
Calling first genuinely matters. It lets us clear a treatment table, prepare oxygen, and have the right people standing by rather than finding out at the door — in an emergency that preparation is treatment time, not paperwork.
We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am to 5pm, and Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 7pm. Outside those hours you need a dedicated 24-hour emergency hospital, and it is worth saving that number in your phone now rather than searching for it at two in the morning.
If we cannot safely take your pet that day we will tell you straight away and point you somewhere that can, rather than have you lose time driving here.
We have one hospital, in Williamsville — there is no second location. Everything described here happens at 6543 Main St, Williamsville, NY 14221.
